We are pleased to officially introduce our new website here at blackrhino.org.uk.

The website is built on the first version of the Rhino CMS system that we are developing using the CakePHP Framework.

The system allows us to manage multiple sites from a single & centralised control panel locally which enables the site to be fully optimised & 98% static HTML.
